Aster deposits and withdrawals: a verification checklist

Verify the route in the current interface

Before sending funds, match the asset, network, destination and account route shown in Aster’s current deposit or withdrawal interface. Support for an asset on one network does not imply support for the same ticker on another. A familiar ticker also does not establish that a token contract is the correct one.

This is a verification checklist, not a fixed list of supported routes. Networks, minimums and withdrawal fees can change. The official guide and the live transfer screen are the source for the transaction you are about to make. Check eligibility first.

Before a deposit

1. Open Aster from a verified official link, then select the intended account and deposit route.
2. Compare the asset and network on the sending and receiving sides.
3. Read any minimum, confirmation requirement and address or memo instruction.
4. Check that you retain any network token needed to pay transaction fees.
5. Review the entire destination and amount before signing. Consider a small test transfer when the route and minimums permit it.

A test transfer reduces the amount exposed to a mistake; it does not guarantee that later transfers will succeed or that a platform is safe.

Before a withdrawal

Distinguish moving balances between Aster account areas from withdrawing to an external address. Check the actual destination network and the net amount after any displayed fee. If funds support margin or open orders, withdrawing available balance can also affect your remaining risk buffer.

Never assume the amount displayed as total equity is fully withdrawable. Reconcile open positions, pending orders and any asset-specific limitations with the current interface. Keep the transaction reference and the withdrawal history entry.

If funds do not appear

First determine whether the sending transaction was broadcast and confirmed on the correct network. Then compare its destination, asset and amount with the receiving instructions. A transaction visible on a block explorer does not by itself prove that it met the recipient platform’s crediting requirements.

Use Aster’s official support routes and provide the relevant transaction identifier if needed. Never give support a seed phrase or private key. Do not repeat a transfer blindly while the status of the first remains unclear.
